Role Overview

We’re partnering with a leading global consumer platform that operates at massive scale, connecting tens of millions of users with dynamic digital experiences in real time.

This role sits at the core of the platform’s matching and allocation engine — where advanced optimization, large‑scale systems, and user experience intersect.

You will be solving problems similar to:

• Real-time resource allocation at global scale
• Marketplace / matching system optimization
• Multi-objective trade‑offs between efficiency, fairness, and engagement

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize large‑scale real‑time matching algorithms across millions of users and dynamic supply
• Define core matchmaking KPIs and drive measurable improvements in user engagement and system efficiency
• Build end‑to‑end optimization pipelines, from modeling → deployment → monitoring
• Develop advanced models using operations research, statistical modeling, and machine learning
• Run experimentation and causal inference to validate system improvements
• Partner with engineering & infrastructure teams to ensure low‑latency, high‑throughput production systems
• Influence product and platform strategy as a technical thought leader in optimization systems

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Operations Research, CS, Statistics, Applied Math or related fields
• 6+ years experience in large‑scale optimization systems, such as:
  • marketplace / matching systems
  • ads / bidding / pricing systems
  • ride‑sharing / logistics allocation
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • mathematical modeling & optimization
  • production deployment of algorithms
  • high‑throughput / real‑time systems
• Experience in resource allocation, dynamic pricing, or auction systems
• Ability to translate complex models into business impact and engineering execution
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with engineering + product + infra teams

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
