Join our team as a Senior Principal Product Manager focused on Modeled Data Operations, where you will take charge of the operational excellence and lifecycle management of our modeled data products that empower both Acxiom's internal and partner platforms. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our modeled data assets are not just platform-ready but also reliable, scalable, compliant, and consistently delivered across various teams and portfolios.

In this role, you will serve as a high-level individual contributor, defining and enhancing operational frameworks, content and metadata standards, and execution models to facilitate predictability and high-quality delivery at an enterprise scale. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, and Commercial teams to ensure that our modeled data products integrate smoothly with downstream platforms and maintain reliability in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intake, interpret, and translate delivery platform requirements into actionable execution standards encompassing schemas, metadata expectations, SLAs, and operational cadence.
• Prepare and align modeled data assets for platform readiness, ensuring seamless integration of metadata, schemas, and taxonomies across downstream delivery environments.
• Establish and evolve product operations frameworks that support consistent delivery, effective dependency management, and cross-team alignment across multiple Agile teams.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies across platforms, ensuring operational readiness for launches, updates, and deprecations.
• Own the production readiness, service reliability, and operational health, including conducting incident learnings, post-launch reviews, and coordinating changes with external partners.
• Define and track operational KPIs (availability, quality, adoption, cost efficiency) to lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of scale, reliability, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, especially in product operations or platform delivery.
• Proven experience managing and scaling modeled or analytical data products within production environments.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, data platform, or analytics.
• Strong experience working within Agile environments involving multiple interdependent teams.
• Demonstrated production service ownership experience.
• Experience working with regulated, sensitive, or privacy-constrained data.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

• Experience managing enterprise-scale data platforms across multiple teams and delivery frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking, emphasizing repeatability, scalability, and operational rigor.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to enhance delivery velocity and production reliability through effective processes and tooling.
