Senior Product Analyst - AI Foundations

As a Senior Product Analyst in AI Foundations at Tide, you will play a critical dual role: a hands-on analytics expert and a strategic partner to AI Product Managers and Engineering leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across AI Foundations including Product, Operations, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science to drive clarity on how AI agents impact member behavior and drive operational efficiency. Your role will involve shaping the AI Roadmap, owning analytics initiatives for Agentic use cases, defining and monitoring critical KPIs for AI agents, leading deep-dive analysis, conducting experimentation & validation, technical execution, and storytelling by translating complex AI performance metrics into compelling narratives and visualizations using Looker.

**Role Overview:** - Shape AI Roadmap by identifying automation and member experience opportunities using data-driven insights - End-to-End Ownership of analytics initiatives for Agentic use cases - Define and monitor critical KPIs for AI agents - Lead structured analyses into AI agents performance - Partner with Product and Engineering leaders for experimentation & validation - Use SQL and Python for technical execution - Translate complex AI performance metrics into compelling narratives

**Key Responsibilities:** - 7+ years of analytics experience (Senior level) in a high-growth product, FinTech, or SaaS environment - Comfortable writing complex code and presenting high-level strategic summaries - Instinct for prioritizing AI use cases based on potential business impact - Known for creating structured frameworks to measure the success of non-deterministic AI outputs - Consistent track record of influencing Product and Engineering stakeholders - Experience or strong interest in AI/ML and data manipulation using SQL and Python - Proactive 'driver' who identifies gaps in the roadmap and proposes analytical solutions

**Qualifications Required:** - Mastery of SQL and proficiency in Python for data manipulation - Experience with BI tools like Looker is essential
