Role Overview
At Tide, we are looking for an exceptional Product Analyst to join our Experience Foundations team. This team is dedicated to enhancing our global platform's end-to-end user experiences to provide greater member value and a distinct experience. As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with the team to create a world‑class connected experience across Tide, focusing on solving critical issues for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Your role will involve making data‑driven decisions, transforming user data into actionable insights, validating hypotheses, and incorporating findings into the product strategy to drive adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Conduct hypothesis‑driven deep dives into existing product usage data to identify user pain points, quantify problems, and propose actionable solutions.
- Solution Confidence: Lead product experimentation efforts by designing and analyzing tests to build confidence in planned features.
- Product and Feature Performance Review: Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs reflecting the impact of new and existing features. Analyze metrics and data to provide a comprehensive view of all experience investments made.
- Goals to KPI Translations: Translate user goals and outcomes into business KPIs, identifying impactful hypotheses for product success. Collaborate with product managers and analytics engineers to enable seamless KPI reporting.
- Self‑Serve Product Analytics: Partner with data, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a top‑notch self‑serve analytics platform. Optimize the experimentation stack for effective use by business and product teams.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in digital or fintech products.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to impact assessment.
- Ability to lead and solve ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data analysis to various stakeholders.
