The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Management Manager who will lead initiatives across our Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer and Oracle Alloy offerings, focusing on product Definition, Development, and Launch.
This leadership role will take charge of product development, collaborating with both outbound and engineering teams, resulting in substantial business impact and ownership of key product launches that propel OCI's growth in international markets.
Your main goal will be to create, manage, and deliver compelling product solutions that truly resonate with our customers. This includes overseeing the full portfolio roadmap for DRCC and Alloy throughout their lifecycle, prioritizing product and feature development in partnership with engineering teams, and working closely with our outbound team to ensure readiness and enablement of the solutions.
This position requires:
- A proven track record of effective management and positive relationships with internal and external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders, demonstrated through clear communication.
- Experience in managing cross‑functional teams on complex technology projects as a collaborative leader. You should possess great organizational skills to keep team priorities clear and provide insights to leadership.
- A passion for product management and substantial experience in developing service offerings related to Core Cloud Infrastructure Services.
- Technical expertise in Physical Datacenters and Cloud Services, including Compute, Storage, and Networking, as you will address a wide range of requirements from both internal and external sources.
- A strong understanding of the technical dependencies involved in a service while demonstrating a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of OCI cloud infrastructure products, encompassing strategy, roadmap, requirements, competitive analysis, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Lead cross‑functional teams that encompass engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales to create exceptional cloud solutions.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and translate their needs into product requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to guide product direction and maintain OCI's innovative edge.
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive stakeholders, simplifying complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
- Drive customer adoption, develop business cases, and monitor metrics to gauge product success and guide future investments.
- Act as an ambassador for OCI at industry events, customer meetings, and with internal leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the technology field, with significant ownership of cloud infrastructure products and solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with a leading public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), including the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure products or services.
- Relevant certifications from any of these platforms, or evidence of solutions developed on top of these platforms.
- Strong technical background: comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and understanding architectures, APIs, and technical trade‑offs.
- Outstanding executive communication skills, able to influence, present, and persuade across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- A successful track record of launching products in cloud or enterprise technology markets.
- In‑depth understanding of cloud‑native architectures, security, networking, and infrastructure‑as‑code.

Salary and Benefits
- Hiring Range in USD: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum.
- Eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral may apply.
