Senior Product Manager

Job Description: Product ManagerResponsibilities:Lead the execution of data migration initiatives to meet business objectives and manage the engineering team focused on this workCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Enterprise to define requirements, problem-solve, prioritize features, and deliver solutionsEnsure flawless execution and iterative value delivery with engineering teamsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with data migration, developing contingency plans as needed.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or military experience.At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration3+ years of experience in Agile product managementFamiliarity with AWS"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
