Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the key advocate for our stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users within the organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that product decisions align with our strategic vision while delivering valuable solutions to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess customer needs, validate proposed solutions, and guarantee successful implementation.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure alignment of product decisions with organizational strategy and effectively communicate the vision and outcomes to relevant teams.
• Assist in defining success criteria and desired outcomes for business epics.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and successfully deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution options that balance capacity and demand.
• Maintain a well-organized backlog of actionable work for cross-functional Delivery Teams, and communicate Acceptance Criteria aligned with strategic goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer, understanding and advocating for their needs through user interviews and feedback.
• Prioritize work effectively, ensuring it aligns with our strategic direction.
• Identify and manage risks and impediments related to backlog items.
• Coordinate product releases and participate in change management activities, including preparing clear release notes for stakeholders.
• Create and monitor metrics to enhance processes and ensure progress.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a Senior Associate or equivalent role.
• 5 years of product or service development experience, including assessing the value of delivered solutions.
• Experience with solution design, full stack development, and a strong emphasis on end-user usability and UX design.
• Strong analytical skills to identify impactful persona/outcome combinations.
• Experience in data engineering and management of logical data models, with familiarity in big data.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and a solid understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset that aligns product decisions with organizational strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey strategic vision and outcomes.
• Experience conducting user interviews and utilizing research to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques that align with strategic goals.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to product or service development.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

The annual full-time base salary for this role ranges from $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual compensation is based on interviews, education, experience, skills, and market data considerations. Some positions may qualify for discretionary bonuses based on guidelines and management approval.
