As a senior commercial leader, you will translate global strategy into local impact, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and innovation. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a local marketing strategy aligned with global direction to drive market penetration, product positioning, and revenue growth
- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for marketing initiatives to improve business outcomes
- Build and deliver an Annual Marketing Plan aligned with global priorities, including new product launches and commercialization plans
- Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy and inform decision‑making
- Monitor portfolio performance using sales, market share, and profitability metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Partner with sales teams through regular field presence to identify opportunities and inform product and strategy decisions
- Lead local medical education initiatives and adapt global materials to meet local market and regulatory requirements
- Enable commercial success by delivering product training, supporting tenders, and collaborating with supply chain to ensure product availability
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the medical device industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing roles
- Fluency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience in orthopaedics, trauma, sports medicine, or upper extremities portfolios
Additional Information
- Work arrangement: Remote / Hybrid, with regular national travel
- Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and industry events
- Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license required
