The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet user needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our core platform.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize the product roadmap and manage the backlog effectively.
• Launch new products and features, ensuring successful adoption and impact.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with a focus on software products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with user research and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
