We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Drive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Work closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage project plans, risks, budgets, and technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross‑functional teams in iterative development delivery models.
- Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Strong background in a culture of innovation and value addition.
