We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality products and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross‑functional teams in iterative development delivery models.
  • Ability to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
  • Strong background in a culture of innovation and value addition.
