We are looking for the best talent for the position of Senior Project Specialist at our Schaffhausen, Switzerland location.

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to operationally implement new filling lines, commission a preparation area, and create all relevant processes in the area of parenteral pharmaceutical production. You will ensure the technical integration of aseptic filling lines, support project goals related to aseptic filling technologies, and actively contribute to the timely realization of the overall project. Furthermore, you will support the operator team and provide technical instructions.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities also include:

• Active support in training employees by sharing knowledge, experience, and process expertise.
• Support in the implementation of improvement projects to ensure product quality, occupational safety, and competitiveness.
• Execution and monitoring of GMP-compliant documentation.
• Adherence to escalation guidelines for quality and safety-relevant events.
• Implementation of GMP-compliant processes for the manufacture of sterile medicinal products.
• Review of production documents (process specifications, JBS, loading plans, etc.).
• Point of contact for questions regarding technology, process execution, and procedures related to aseptic filling.
• Creation, adaptation, and regular review of training content.

Your Qualification Portfolio & Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (in aseptic filling) is required, especially in handling GMP, EHS&S, and occupational safety regulations to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
• Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify the root causes of problems and to develop and implement solutions.
• Very good computer skills, e.g., MS Office, SAP.
• Independent working style and resilience to deal with challenges positively and flexibly.
• Practice-oriented and hands-on mentality that enables smooth collaboration with shop floor employees and cross-departmental cooperation without hindrance.
