Senior QA Engineer (Automation | Full-Stack | Cloud) – NYC (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to drive end-to-end quality engineering across backend services, APIs, web, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems
• Drive automation strategy and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Champion TDD/BDD and modern QA engineering practices
• Act as SME for Quality Engineering and mentor teams

Must Have:

• 6+ years in QA with strong automation experience
• Expertise in Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / WebdriverIO
• Strong API testing experience (Postman, REST)
• Backend testing experience (Node.js preferred)
• CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Agile/Scrum environment experience

Nice to Have:

• Performance testing (JMeter, k6)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Security testing (OWASP Top 10)
