You will play a critical role in developing sophisticated models and algorithms to predict market trends, identify investment opportunities, and optimize property valuations. This position involves working with vast datasets, including property listings, transaction history, demographic information, and economic indicators, to build predictive models and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models for property price prediction, market forecasting, and investment risk assessment.
• Responsible for data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and real estate analysts to understand business needs and translate them into data‑driven solutions, including defining data requirements, developing analytical frameworks, and communicating findings effectively.
• Exploring new data sources and analytical methodologies to enhance the accuracy and scope of our predictive capabilities.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the availability and quality of data for modeling.
• Presenting complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the company's data science initiatives and mentoring junior data scientists.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and real estate analytics.
• Working autonomously in a remote setting and managing multiple projects concurrently.
