About the role
Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Talent Acquisition Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive our hiring strategy and elevate our talent acquisition function. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who brings deep expertise in recruiting, a strong business mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
You will architect and execute scalable hiring strategies, build high-performing teams, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s talent agenda and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across multiple business units
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with organizational goals
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-impact roles
- Build and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier and diverse talent
- Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions and optimize processes
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market positioning
- Streamline and scale recruiting processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded across all hiring practices
- Act as a thought leader by staying ahead of industry trends and talent market dynamics
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of hiring for senior, specialized, and high-volume roles
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring recruitment teams
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
