Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a dedicated focus and proven success in placing technology professionals.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and secure top talent in niche technology fields.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical proficiency.
- Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
