Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit.

• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and engage proactively with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a dedicated focus and proven success in placing technology professionals.
• Deep understanding of the tech industry, including various programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and secure top talent in niche technology fields.
