Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Pre-sales, Sales, and Account teams to lead solution architecture for RFPs and strategic pursuits
- Shape end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architectures aligned with Clean Core principles and SAP best practices
- Define extensibility strategies using SAP BTP, ensuring upgrade-safe and future-ready solutions
- Provide architectural leadership across SAP Technology Landscape namely ABAP for S/4HANA, UI5, and Fiori, PI, CPI, oData, SAP BW etc.
- Assess legacy landscapes and define custom code remediation approaches code converter or equivalent tools
- Translate client business objectives into compelling solution narratives, architectures, and transformation roadmaps
- Support client workshops, architecture discussions, and executive-level presentations
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery, with clear scope, assumptions, and risks
Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of SAP experience with strong solution architecture and pre-sales engagement
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA / BTP / Architecture
- Experience supporting large RFPs and competitive bids
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard
- Prior onsite or client-facing experience preferably in Europe
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ABAP, UI5, and Fiori, EDI Tools
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Clean Core–compliant S/4HANA solutions
- Experience with S/4HANA conversions and transformation programs
- Strong exposure to custom code remediation and automation frameworks
- Ability to articulate business value, ROI, and architectural trade-offs to senior stakeholders
- Experience working in European and global client environments

Requirements
