In this role, you will lead end-to-end Signal & Power Integrity (SIPI) for high-speed interfaces including PCI Express and others. Your background in electromagnetic theory and hands-on experience with compliance testing will be key as you collaborate across teams. You'll guide technical reviews, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in SIPI methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SIPI for high-speed interfaces including PCI Express
- Drive channel modeling and correlation analysis
- Own signoff methodology for SerDes channels
- Partner with design teams to resolve cross-domain issues
- Define and document SIPI flows and guidelines
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (M.S./Ph.D. preferred)
- 10+ years in high-speed SI/PI for SerDes links
- Strong fundamentals in EM and transmission lines
- Expertise in modeling tools like Keysight ADS and Cadence Sigrity
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (Python preferred)
