In this pivotal role, you will join a passionate SRE team dedicated to VMware products. You will leverage your extensive experience, ensuring the stability of both existing and upcoming offerings. Key skills include incident management, coding in Go and Perl, and working with CI/CD practices in an Agile context.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for VMware incidents
- Manage daily incident occurrences across environments
- Execute code fixes in Go / Perl
- Participate in migrations and updates of products
- Contribute to enhancing Managed VMware vSphere
Requirements
- 10 years of experience with VMware environments
- Proficiency in managing critical incidents
- Strong automation and stabilization skills
- Autonomous worker with SRE operational experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
