Your Role

As a Senior Software Requirements Manager (m/f/d) in Process Management, you are responsible for the software conception of processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You review and further develop existing processes and evaluate new process proposals.
  • You optimize and digitize existing workflows and work processes by extending and adapting existing software and hardware systems – in close cooperation with service providers and colleagues (m/f/d).
  • You work closely with all departments of the headquarters as well as our company-wide subsidiaries and key users.
  • You independently lead complex projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of process optimizations.
  • You contribute to the further development of key performance indicators and independently implement resulting measures.

Your Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in process requirements management.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the independent conception of requirements (from and to the ERP system) in line with the IT strategy.
  • Knowledge in programming, e.g., in GoLang, and in the further development of interfaces is a plus, but not a must.
  • Your English skills, both written and spoken, are excellent.
  • You are characterized by a solution-oriented, structured, and communicative way of working.
  • You work carefully, independently, and responsibly, and are eager to work in a dynamic team.
