Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality with a strong software engineering focus who designs and implements complex digital solutions and enjoys using innovative technologies in customer projects in a practical way.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of software development projects: from proof of concept and prototype to MVPs and productive solutions
• Conception, development, and optimization of modern software solutions in interdisciplinary project teams (Front-End, Back-End, Cloud, APIs, Data Integration)
• Close collaboration with customers in analyzing technical requirements, architecture concepts, and prioritizing features
• Implementation of robust software architectures with a focus on quality, performance, security, and scalability
• Development and integration of AI-based applications (e.g., intelligent agents, chatbots, data-driven services)
• Active participation in customer projects from solution definition to implementation

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in software development or in technical innovation projects
• Very good knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), APIs, databases, as well as front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience in developing prototypes, MVPs, and AI applications (e.g., chatbots, LLMs, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure AI Services)
• Strong technical understanding combined with the ability to communicate complex issues understandably
• Independent, structured way of working and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Very good German and English skills
