Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Closely working with Business Analysts and project leaders to review and implement business requirements.
• Taking end to end ownership of deliverables by understanding the business needs and identifying the scope.
• Getting involved in design, development and performing unit test cases.
• Monitoring Application health (keeping track of quality and performance of modules) by debugging server logs, keeping track of memory and disk usage of server, identifying, and optimizing long running scripts.
• Training and Mentoring team members by providing technical guidance, sharing relevant knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• B.Tech./B.E./MCA/PGDAC.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in building highly scalable web application.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate and JavaScript.
• Excellent database and SQL Query writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to go an extra mile to deliver things right and fast.
• Self-motivated and ability to work as a part of the team.
• Thorough, methodical and logical approach towards problem solving.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
