You will be a key advisor in the CRM Platform team, influencing solution architecture and ensuring effective delivery approaches for multi-stream initiatives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive sustainable, secure solutions that meet business needs while mentoring technical staff to enhance delivery success.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior advisor for the CRM Platform team
• Guide multi-stream initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Partner with product owners for technical solutions
• Shape solution architectures and delivery plans
• Mentor technical staff and encourage collaboration

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in related field
• Minimum ten years in software engineering
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise
• Deep experience with Azure and integration platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
