Your role
You play a critical role in safeguarding product quality by defining and executing advanced software test strategies at feature and system level, ensuring robust, reliable solutions that perform as intended in real‑world clinical and operational environments. You work closely with software developers, system engineers, architects, product owners, and external stakeholders, contributing across the full development lifecycle—from requirements and design to system integration. This role offers strong professional growth opportunities, including exposure to integrated system testing and technical leadership through mentoring junior engineers and influencing quality strategy at a senior level.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in test strategy definition, master test planning, defect analysis, system and field testing, with hands‑on experience in Agile development, CI/CD, automation, and data‑driven testing approaches.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification expected, proven mentoring capability, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in a regulated environment.
