Your Tasks

Architecture & Technical Responsibility

• You analyze existing IT and system landscapes of our customers, identify structures, weaknesses, and potentials.
• You actively conduct discussions with relevant stakeholders, create complete functional specifications, and develop corresponding architectural concepts.
• You design modern, scalable solution, system, and cloud architectures and ensure their feasibility.
• You create integration and migration concepts and manage their development.
• You accompany and manage the technical implementation – internally and in collaboration with our customers.

Consulting & Customer Proximity

• You advise customers in a well-founded, transparent, and goal-oriented manner in complex system and integration projects.
• You develop solution approaches in the marketing, sales, and customer service technology context that meaningfully connect data, content, and engagement.
• You communicate clearly, structured, and appropriately for the audience – both with technical teams and with business departments.

Project Management & Collaboration

• You take responsibility for the technical aspects of the project.
• You form the central interface between customer requirements and our international development team.
• You actively shape requirements engineering, solution design, and quality assurance.

Innovation & Development

• You continuously monitor technological developments and bring new impulses into projects and architectural concepts.
• You work with modern AI tools and innovative technologies to continuously develop processes, results, and solutions.
• You contribute to the optimization of our solution portfolio.
• You are our source for news regarding Solution Architecture.

Your Profile

• You convince with a deep understanding of Solution Architecture and bring at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have technical know-how in modern marketing, sales, customer service, and cloud technologies.
• You are proficient in using market-standard cloud stacks (e.g., Azure, AWS) and at least three established enterprise solutions.
• You communicate analytically, clearly, and structured – internally and externally.
• You work independently, with a focus on quality, and with a high sense of responsibility.
• You are proficient in German and English.
• You enjoy working on the service provider side and bring consulting and implementation strength.
