The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their Microsoft Business Applications practice in Switzerland. In this role, you will combine technical leadership, architectural design, and strategic advisory to guide clients through their transformation journeys.

You’ll also be at the forefront of enabling Microsoft Copilot within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, designing solutions that integrate AI‑driven insights, workflow automation, and modern cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and adoption.
• Architect enterprise solutions with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure.
• Design and enable solutions that leverage Microsoft Copilot AI to transform productivity and decision‑making.
• Oversee integrations, configurations, and ensure quality through governance and best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in solution architecture with Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Ability to extend Microsoft platforms through custom development (C#, .NET, Azure).
• Certifications such as PL-600 or MB-600 are highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills in English & German (French or Italian an advantage in Switzerland).
