As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art data and analytics solutions for our clients. Collaborating closely with our Go-To-Market, Sales, and Delivery teams, you'll architect scalable and sustainable systems that drive long-term value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and client leadership.

We are intentional about our hiring process and are looking for someone who not only possesses a deep understanding of architecture but can also communicate it effectively, build trust quickly, and confidently guide clients through intricate decisions.

Location options include our offices in OKC, Tulsa, Stillwater, or Raleigh-Durham, NC. Remote work may also be considered based on the situation. Salary range is $110,000-$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data and analytics solutions across modern cloud platforms.
• Transform complex business goals into clear technical architectures and implementation strategies.
• Lead solution design discussions with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Assess trade-offs among cost, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Create high-level architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and technical positioning materials.
• Guide MVP and proof-of-concept development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market teams during discovery and pre-sales engagements.
• Mentor engineers and consultants, providing architectural guidance and best practices.
• Spot expansion opportunities within client accounts through trusted technical leadership.

What You'll Need

• 8-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, cloud architecture, or related technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success in designing end-to-end data and analytics architectures.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
• Experience leading intricate technical discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with strategic and systems-level thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Redshift, or similar.
• Experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, or Python.
• Background in pre-sales or solution positioning.
• Experience mentoring consultants or leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities and their integration into modern data platforms.
