Our engineers are the backbone of our success, and we are currently seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with a Data Center focus to enhance our team. This role will provide exceptional value through both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to establish impactful strategies for our clients.
- Conducting necessary pre-sales technical evaluations to craft systems designs.
- Creating Bill of Materials (BoM), illustrations, diagrams, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Implementing systems as per design post-sales.
- Documenting projects post-implementation.
- Providing thorough end-user systems administration training for installed solutions.
- Building strategic relationships with key manufacturer partner SEs.
Key Expectations for This Role:
- Understanding and addressing customer technical challenges to design appropriate solutions.
- High-level communication skills regarding various technologies.
- Ability to relay technical information to technical and non-technical staff alike.
- Commitment to maintaining existing certifications while pursuing new areas of expertise.
- Active participation in all team functions, including calls, meetings, and events.
Technologies Included in This Role:
- Converged and Hyper-Converged (HCI) solutions.
- Storage solutions, including Block, File & Object, and Connectivity options like Fibre Channel and iSCSI.
- Virtualization expertise in design, deployment, and maintenance, specifically with vSphere and Hyper-V.
- Basics of Cloud technologies, with some understanding of Azure, AWS, and GCP preferred.
- Data Protection technologies, such as Veeam, Cohesity, and Rubrik.
- Backup and Restore strategies, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server components is recommended.
- Basic Networking principles for connectivity in data centers, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Who You Are:

- 8+ years of related experience, which is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and independent working abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time based on client needs.

- Competitive salary, with an estimated range of $100,000 - $175,000 annually. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as location and job-related qualifications. This position is also eligible for variable compensation like bonuses and profit sharing.
