GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to spearhead the strategy, architecture, and cross-functional delivery of data-centric and endpoint security initiatives within our Microsoft 365 multi-tenant environment and broader cloud/on-premises footprint. This role combines program leadership with expert knowledge in security architecture to drive Zero Trust alignment, modernize identity and device posture controls, and implement data protection by design. You will collaborate closely with teams across Endpoint Security, Security Architecture, Cyber Threat & Response, and the CIO to standardize controls, mitigate risks, and enhance resilience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop the Microsoft 365 security roadmap and standards, including Defender, Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Purview, and Identity/Conditional Access.
- Guide Zero Trust alignment for identity, device, and data by implementing device posture assessments, CA policies, risk-based access, and least-privilege models.
- Design endpoint security architectures for EDR/XDR modernization, telemetry, and response integration.
- Establish security architecture standards for SaaS, Private Cloud, and On-Prem environments; provide guidance on SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) practices.
- Establish and manage the program operating model, ensuring timely delivery across multiple tenants and business units.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, clearly defining scope, milestones, funding alignment, and dependency management.
- Drive risk remediation initiatives with relevant teams; ensure policy adoption and smooth operational transitions.
- Provide hands-on leadership for impactful projects including POCs, control design, tuning, and pilot deployments; mentor engineering teams on best practices.
- Create policy and configuration guidance for Intune, SCCM, and Defender; oversee change management and production rollout standards.
- Manage automation and orchestration through PowerShell, Intune scripting, Defender workflows, and Sentinel to enhance signal quality and response.
- Develop processes and interfaces with Cyber Threat & Response teams to enhance detection and prevention across endpoints, identity, and data controls.
- Contribute to cyber investigations and enterprise initiatives by ensuring comprehensive telemetry and effective control measures.
- Establish risk-based metrics and executive reporting standards.
- Benchmark GE Aerospace capabilities against industry standards; cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with CIO teams to align operational models and maintain stability throughout lifecycle phases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 5+ years of professional experience; or Associate's degree with 8+ years; or High School Diploma with 10+ years.
- 5+ years in Program Management or Information Technology.
- 3+ years in Cyber Architecture, endpoint management, or incident response.

- Governance experience across SaaS, Private Cloud, and On-Prem.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations.
- Experience in large, complex organizations.
- Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR tools and enterprise workflow platforms.

Additional Information
- The salary for this position ranges from $131,000 to $189,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
- This role may provide an annual performance bonus.
- The opportunity will close on April 20, 2026.
