As a System Engineer (m/f/d), you are the primary point of contact for our customers and are responsible for IT systems within project business for maintenance and development work. This includes installation, maintenance, updates, as well as solving complex problems through error analysis and troubleshooting. In addition to broad IT know-how, you bring sound knowledge in at least one technology (e.g., Azure, M365, O365, network technology, security...) and use it internally and with our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the installation and configuration of IT systems
• You carry out rollouts, IT relocations, and migrations, taking on (partial) project management
• You process incidents, service requests, and change requests
• You are responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting
• You perform maintenance tasks
• You create and maintain technical documentation

A presence of at least 2-3 days per week at the respective location is required for this position.

About You

• You have completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of hardware and software, as well as basic knowledge in networking
• You have practical experience in the IT environment or data center operations
• You have basic knowledge of project management
• You take responsibility and want to work in a structured and self-organized manner
• You have a friendly, confident demeanor and a high degree of customer orientation
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You are willing to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
