Als System Engineer (m/w/d) bist du die primäre Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und kümmerst dich innerhalb des Projektgeschäfts um die IT-Systeme bei Wartungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten. Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Installation, Wartung, Aktualisierung, aber auch die Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen mittels Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting. Neben einem breiten IT-Know-how bringst du ein fundiertes Wissen in mindestens einer Technologie (z.B. Azure, M365, O365, Netzwerktechnik, Security …) mit und setzt diese unternehmensintern und bei unseren Kundinnen ein.

Here's a glimpse of your tasks:

• You are responsible for the installation and configuration of IT systems
• You carry out rollouts, IT relocations, and migrations, taking on (partial) project management
• You process incidents, service requests, and change requests
• You are responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting
• You perform maintenance tasks
• You create and maintain technical documentation

For this position, presence at the respective location for a minimum of 2-3 days per week is required.

About You

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification
• You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of hardware and software, as well as basic knowledge in networking
• You have practical experience in the IT environment or data center operations
• You have basic knowledge of project management
• You take responsibility and want to work in a structured and self-organized manner
• You have a friendly, confident demeanor and a high degree of customer orientation
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You are willing to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
