Responsibilities

• Operate & develop Windows infrastructures: You are responsible for central Microsoft services in a private cloud solution such as Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, and file services, and also contribute your expertise to topics like WSUS, certificate management, and standardized structures.
• Operate complex system landscapes securely: In our highly available data center environment, you will manage virtualized customer environments and ensure stable, performant operation – supported by technologies such as VMware and backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Ensure security, support, and stability: You will develop hardening and security concepts, analyze complex disruptions, and find sustainable solutions – including in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Develop systems for the future: You will actively drive topics such as standardization, automation, and disaster recovery and continuously develop our Windows system landscape.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in administering Windows Server infrastructures, particularly in the area of Active Directory, DNS, and GPOs.
• You have sound knowledge in virtualization and a good understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing.
• You are also proficient in using central Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, or SQL Server.
• An analytical, structured way of working and the ambition to develop sustainable solutions characterize you.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and confident handling of complex situations complete your profile.
