Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE / SysML)

About

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to drive system architecture, modeling, and requirements across medium-to-large scale programs.

What You Ll Do

• Develop and maintain system models using SysML/MBSE tools
• Define system architecture, interfaces, and requirements
• Ensure traceability across requirements, design, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Support system validation, integration, and lifecycle activities

What You Bring

• 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience in medium to large programs
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc.)
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Strong background in requirements management and system architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody
• INCOSE certification (ASEP/CSEP) or equivalent
