Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical / Senior Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment with Implementation partners & Direct clients.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.
- Ensure timely hiring and maintain candidate engagement.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Experience in W2, C2C & 1099 hiring.
- Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment.
- Sourcing through Ceipal, Dice, Monster & LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
