Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical / Senior Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment with Implementation partners & Direct clients.
  • Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule technical interviews.
  • Maintain candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.
  • Ensure timely hiring and maintain candidate engagement.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in W2, C2C & 1099 hiring.
  • Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment.
  • Sourcing through Ceipal, Dice, Monster & LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
