Senior Test Engineer

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will collaborate with cloud, security, and software engineering teams to validate innovative solutions utilizing the full suite of Microsoft capabilities, including Azure, Sentinel, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and emerging tools such as Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) and Teams Premium. Your role will involve translating requirements into comprehensive test plans, executing both automated and manual test cases, and ensuring optimal performance and configurations in complex multi-tenant environments.

You will have the opportunity to test various functionalities, including access controls, Business to Business (B2B) direct connections, collaboration policies, identity governance flows, and application integrations. Your responsibilities will also encompass automating performance and security testing, evaluating cross-cloud governance, and ensuring compliance with DoD security standards while contributing to the delivery of secure, high-quality cloud services.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in test engineering or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft capabilities, especially O365 features such as SharePoint and cross-tenant identity management.
• Proficiency in developing and executing detailed test plans and cases.
• Experience testing cloud services focused on compute, storage, networking, and security.
• A proven ability to identify and document defects effectively.
• Excellent technical documentation skills, including creating architecture diagrams and workflow artifacts.
• Current Secret clearance.
• A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Microsoft product experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of Microsoft product experience.
• Certifications such as AZ-104, SC-200, SC-300, or SC-900.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with PowerShell or similar tools for automation.
• Knowledge in validating cloud security policies and monitoring solutions.
• Experience working in large-scale, mission-critical multi-tenant environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security monitoring frameworks or cloud architecture.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• CMMI, ITIL, PMP, or DAWIA T&E/ENG Certification.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is required.

Compensation:

The projected salary for this position ranges from $61,900 to $141,000 annually, based on factors including education and experience.
