• Website Redesigns

Position: Senior UI Designer

We are currently hiring a Senior UI Designer based in India to join our remote team. This role is critical in transforming wireframes into visually compelling, user-centered designs for large-scale enterprise websites. You’ll work closely with UX experts and developers to ensure a seamless transition from concept to code, bringing strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and performance best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into visually engaging interfaces.
• Understand user goals and design journeys that are intuitive and conversion-friendly.
• Design interface components such as headers, megamenus, footers, hero sections, carousels, grids, and feature sections.
• Apply component-based design principles, ensuring scalable and reusable UI patterns.
• Create polished mockups and functional prototypes in Figma.
• Ensure visual consistency across all designs, adhering to brand standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Work hand-in-hand with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Stay current with global design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and emerging tools.
• Participate in design reviews, receive and apply feedback, and continually raise the design bar.
• Communicate directly with international clients to align visual direction with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of proven UI design experience in a professional setting, ideally with enterprise-level websites.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing high-quality digital UI work.
• Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility (ADA/WCAG) compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for great design.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-driven environment.
• Experience presenting designs to clients and cross-functional teams.
