About EOS At EOS, we’re building Health AI Platform , a next-generation health platform across web and mobile designed to help women and families manage their health journey with more clarity, confidence, and continuity. It supports US based health AI startup.

You will help create a product that simplifies fragmented healthcare, makes complex health information easier to understand, and builds trust through thoughtful, human-centered design.

About the Role We are looking for a Founding Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience for Sparkle across mobile apps and web platforms .

You will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and domain experts to design intuitive, elegant, and trustworthy experiences for users managing personal and family health. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys zero-to-one product building , thrives in startup environments, and knows how to balance beautiful design with usability, clarity, and execution speed.

What You’ll Design You will help shape and design core product experiences such as:

- future multi-country product journeys and localization-ready UX

Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end design process from research and problem framing to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and developer handoff - Design intuitive and trustworthy user experiences for both mobile apps and web applications - Translate complex health workflows into simple, accessible, and user-friendly journeys - Create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and polished visual designs - Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and mobile - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to shape roadmap and feature decisions - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product quality - Design for edge cases including loading, empty, error, and permission states - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and easy to implement - Create clear design documentation, prototype interactions, and developer-ready specs in Figma or equivalent tools - Contribute to product thinking, not just screen design, by helping prioritize what matters most for users and the business

What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design - Strong portfolio showing work across mobile and web applications - Strong command of Figma , prototyping, wireframing, component libraries, and design systems - Excellent understanding of interaction design, layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual communication - Experience designing intuitive workflows for data-rich or process-heavy products - Strong user empathy and ability to simplify complex user problems - Experience working closely with developers and shipping real products - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency - Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and limited hand-holding - Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthtech, wellness, women’s health, family-focused products, or privacy-sensitive platforms - Familiarity with designing trust-heavy experiences involving records, permissions, or sensitive personal information - Experience with design systems for both app and web products - Understanding of user research, health literacy, and inclusive design - Exposure to AI-assisted product experiences, conversational interfaces, or insight-driven dashboards - Experience designing for multi-region or localization-ready products
