Role

As part of the growth of the Group's Cloud, Data, and AI activities, the Safran Platform Services Directorate is recruiting a Product Owner Platform Cloud.

You will be responsible for the management, evolution, and performance of one or more Cloud service offerings within the Group.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Lead one or more Cloud service offerings, ensuring their evolution, continuous improvement, and the consistency of deployed solutions.
• Manage the budget for services: cost tracking, financial optimization (FinOps), steering, and reporting.
• Define, implement, and maintain associated technical standards to ensure harmonization of practices across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs/SLOs in coordination with operational teams in France, India, and within Group companies.
• Manage the service lifecycle, including obsolescence management, the evolution roadmap, and maintaining the security level in conjunction with DSIS teams.
• Be the primary point of contact for Software Asset Management (SAM) teams for license management, contractual monitoring, and optimization of software costs integrated into services.
• Lead expertise communities to foster the sharing of best practices, mutualization of feedback, and technical consistency.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, particularly in India, to ensure service quality, availability, and security of environments.
• Work in a hybrid context combining on-premise and AWS cloud infrastructures, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and integration of services.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, compliance, availability, and service performance.
• Conduct continuous technological watch to anticipate evolutions and opportunities around Cloud services.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud and infrastructure product management with a strong customer focus and service culture.
• Experience in a hybrid environment (AWS + VMware on premise), preferably with strong experience in Compute infrastructure services: Servers, OS, and virtualization, utilizing the latest VMware solutions (VMware Cloud Foundation) and agile infrastructure approaches.
• Solid architecture skills: ability to design, challenge, and evolve system architectures, considering security, performance, and scalability challenges.
• Understanding of the challenges and constraints of hybrid environments (on-premise/AWS cloud) and ability to adapt OS standards, templates, and processes to this context.
• Experience in IT service budget monitoring and management.
• Experience in defining standards, designing templates, and leading technical communities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and ensure coordination with various stakeholders (IT, Business, SAM, publishers, international teams including India...).
• Mandatory English proficiency: daily work in English, regular interactions with international teams (India).
• Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, good analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
