We're currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSM) for a 1-year contract starting July 6, 2026. This role will support the design and delivery of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and transforming customer experience journeys across areas including onboarding, payments, claims, underwriting, and customer management. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, translate business needs into user stories and workflows, and support solution delivery from design through deployment and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in CSM
- Strong expertise in Flow Designer
- Strong expertise in Workflow Data Fabric
- Strong expertise in Automation Center
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CAD and CIS-CSM or CIS-ITSM
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced enterprise environment
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with integrations/APIs
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
