Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
  • 5+ years of end-to-end hands‑on CSM implementation experience
  • CSM certification (mandatory)

Location & Work Model

  • PAN India locations, open to hybrid work (3 days/week from office)
  • Preferred locations: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad

Availability

  • Availability to start within 30 days
