As a ServiceNow QA/Tester in Hyderabad with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations. Here is a breakdown of your role: • *Role Overview:** You will be a part of the dynamic ServiceNow Platform team, overseeing the quality assurance process for ServiceNow implementations. Your role involves ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and industry standards. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Executive, Lead the QA/testing efforts for ServiceNow CSM projects, including planning, execution, and reporting, and align with Agile methodologies. - Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (CSM, Portal, ServiceNow platform etc.). - Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Execute manual and automated tests in ATF; identify, document, and track defects through resolution. - Mentor and guide junior QA/testers on writing ATFs, ensuring adherence to Boomi QA processes and standards. - Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and sprint planning sessions. - Ensure compliance with organizational and industry QA standards. - Prepare and present test status reports, metrics, and quality assessments to management. - Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to QA processes and tools. - Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. • *Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow testing. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows. - Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, ATF). - Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
