Mission (what you’ll be trusted with)

To support the delivery of project design on site in an organized, cost-effective manner aligned to approved drawings, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Responsibilities (What you’ll do – keywords + real site exposure)

• Site execution support: assist in implementing approved designs, IFC drawings, and specifications
• Daily site coordination: subcontractors, materials, manpower, site logistics
• Planning & reporting: daily progress updates, look-ahead plans, site diaries, trackers
• Stakeholder coordination: work with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Cost & efficiency: reduce rework, control waste, keep delivery practical and on time

Who this is for

• UAEN (Emirati) – Emiratisation role
• Graduate / Entry-level (0–2 years)
• Degree in Civil / Construction / Architectural / MEP Engineering (or related)
• You’re organized, coachable, and comfortable being on-site (not only desk-based)
• Strong communication in English (Arabic a plus)
