Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support and monitor critical network services and applications across 51 jurisdictions. This role is essential for maintaining production stability, managing high-level triage, and ensuring seamless communication across international and third-party accounts.

Core Responsibilities

• Support and monitor all existing applications and network related services
• Full production support for 51 jurisdictions, Canada, Mexico, and 3rd party accounts including servicedesk functions, first level of triage and escalation
• Respond to and work with appropriate parties to resolve all requests and incident received into the ticketing system, as well as log, answer, resolve, and or route incoming support phone calls
• Support in generating periodic service desk reports
• Ability to work on different shift schedules as required
• Must be ready to be on-call during weekends

Skills/Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Information technology and in operations, support roles
• 2+ years of experience in NOC
• 1+ years in Telecom, LAN/WAN technologies, Monitoring platforms
• 1+ years in cloud platform and applications monitoring with skills in Microsoft Azure cloud
• Experience or familiarity with SRE functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in updating runbooks, managing customer and stakeholder notifications
