We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.
Site Reliability
Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Operate and maintain production cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on availability, stability, and risk reduction . Execute infrastructure and configuration changes following approved patterns, standards, and change processes.
Support
Kubernetes-based production workloads , including deployments, scaling, and day-2 operations. Monitor system health using metrics, logs, and alerts , and proactively identify reliability risks. Assist in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions from post-incident reviews. Implement automation for operational tasks (runbooks, scripts, Terraform changes) to reduce manual effort. Help enforce security, compliance, and governance controls required for a regulated banking environment. 3-5 years of experience in SRE / Infrastructure / Production Operations roles. ~ Strong understanding of Linux systems and hands-on troubleshooting experience. ~ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP). ~ Hands-on experience with AWS in production environments. ~ Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized workloads. ~ Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch). ~ Experience with Terraform and Git for infrastructure changes. ~ Python/Go is a plus).
