Responsibilities

• Deliver Software-as-a-Service globally to customers

• Support multiple applications and operating systems
• Manage VMware, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure
• Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues

Requirements

• Enrolled in computer science or related program
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows or Linux
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms preferred
