Your New Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on User Access & Applications, you’ll sit at the intersection of identity & access management, application support, and SRE operations. Your mandate is to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant access across key enterprise platforms and investment applications, including SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops, Snowflake, and core investment systems. You’ll play a hands-on role in provisioning, governing, and supporting user and application access for platforms that support trading, banking, market data, and analytics workflows.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, application support, systems administration, or IAM-related roles
- Hands-on experience managing user access and entitlements across platforms such as:
- SharePoint (sites, libraries, permissions)
- Azure Dev Ops (organizations, projects, repos, pipelines)
- Snowflake (users, roles, DEV/UAT/PROD access)
- Enterprise or business-critical applications
- Strong understanding of:
- User onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Role-based and environment-based access control
- Production support and incident handling
- Experience supporting service accounts, application identities, and access credentials
