Social Media and Website Manager

A well-established company based in JHB North is seeking a social media & website manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Pinterest • Produce short-form videos, graphics, product photography and written content • Manage content calendars for multiple brands • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and online engagement • Run basic boosted posts and paid campaigns on Meta • Track and report on social media and website performance • Manage and maintain 4+ WordPress/WooCommerce websites • Update website content, landing pages, banners and blog posts • Manage WooCommerce product listings, pricing, images and stock • Handle basic website troubleshooting, plugin updates and site maintenance • Implement basic SEO best practices

Requirements • 2–4 years’ experience in social media and/or digital marketing • Proven experience creating content across multiple platforms (portfolio required) • Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce • Proficient in: • Canva • Mailerlite • CapCut / InShot / similar editing tools • Meta Business Suite • Google Analytics • Experience managing multiple brands/accounts is advantageous • Experience in FMCG, beauty, health, or lifestyle is advantageous
