On our website and social media channels, we impart knowledge on wealth building, compare the best providers, and test financial products. We primarily focus on stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual as a Social Media Manager (m/f) to significantly advance our presence on key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). You will receive significant responsibility and be in charge of the complete conception and implementation of our social media content, with the goal of growing our community and strengthening financial education.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Production: Complete conception, planning, creation (including video and image editing), and publication of target group-relevant content for all channels.
• TikTok & LinkedIn: Leading role in developing creative, high-reach formats and active community management on these platforms.
• Instagram & YouTube: Support in content planning and implementation to consolidate and expand our presence.
• Community Building: Building, managing, and moderating an exclusive messenger channel (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp) for news, deals, and financial information.
• Performance Analysis: Regular monitoring and reporting of key figures for continuous optimization of strategy and content.
• As the face of Finanzwissen: Ideally, you are willing to present yourself on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn as the face of Finanzwissen and to convey the content personally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management: Demonstrable experience in managing and expanding social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Financial Knowledge: Sound knowledge and demonstrable interest in financial topics such as stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and personal wealth building.
• Creativity and Implementation: Strong ability to develop original content ideas and to implement them independently with high quality.
• Portfolio: You can provide us with a meaningful portfolio or references (e.g., current Instagram or TikTok accounts).
• Communication Skills: Fluent communication skills in German (written and spoken) and enjoyment of direct exchange with the community.
• Work Style: High self-motivation, responsible, goal-oriented, and results-driven work style.
