Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Suffolk, VA, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include managing and growing social media presence across platforms, crafting and posting engaging content, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional tasks involve collaborating with other departments to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and engaging with the online community to boost activity and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Experience in social media analytics and familiarity with social media tools and platforms
• Ability to develop creative, high-quality content that aligns with brand identity
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Motivated self-starter with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the sports, entertainment, or tech industries is a plus
