Responsibilities

  • Own how Mutiny shows up across social and video.
  • Take raw ideas—from founders, product, customers—and turn them into content that cuts through.
  • Edit videos, package them, and adapt them for each platform.
  • Develop a point of view on what works and push the team to improve over time.
  • Analyze performance, understand why content performs, and use insights to guide future creation.
  • Elevate the brand by creating content that matters, not just posting more.

Requirements

  • Strong video editing and content creation skills (portfolio required).
  • Clear instincts for what makes content engaging and high‑quality.
  • Experience creating content for social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate without overthinking.
  • Curiosity for AI tools and emerging content workflows.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.
