Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Software and AI Architect with a strong hands-on orientation, capable of combining architectural vision, in-depth technical skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The figure will play a key role in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and business-value-oriented software and AI solutions, also contributing to presales activities and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Hybrid mode at the Milan or Rome office.

What will be your impact in the company?

• Design robust, secure, and scalable software and AI architectures in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Lead technical choices personally, maintaining an operational and concrete approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support presales activities, participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders, gathering requirements, and contributing to the definition of effective and credible solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of software engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers.
• Ensure the correct progress of projects, contributing to team leadership, planning, and delivery management.
• Define application solutions based on modern AI engineering paradigms, including RAG architectures, frameworks for agent orchestration, and continuous validation practices.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to set up CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Ensure the quality, maintainability, reliability, and security of the developed solutions.
